Byron Buxton's 479-foot home run finally stopped traveling. The Minnesota Twins hope to keep going, though. They will take on the Texas Rangers in the decisive contest of a three-game series Thursday afternoon in Minneapolis.

Buxton, who walked in his first plate appearance of the night, would add a double and a single, falling just a triple shy of the cycle. He ended the bottom of the eighth in the on-deck circle before getting a chance for the rare feat.
