The Jets led the NFL in penalties in 2023 and 2024 under former coaches Robert Saleh and Jeff Ulbrich. Glenn stressed that this team would be more disciplined this year. Through 13 games, Glenn has gotten good results. The Jets are 14th in the NFL with 88 penalties.

Both Tyrod Taylor (groin) and Justin Fields (knee) are injured. Brady Cook was dinged up last week but is evidently healthy ahead of the Jets (3-10) visiting the Jacksonville Jaguars (9-4) in Week 15. It's still unclear who will be part of the Jets' lineup on Sunday in terms of those injured players, but we have an insurance policy.
Glenn clearly hired the right special teams coordinator in Chris Banjo. Offensive coordinator Tanner Engstrand has shown signs of creativity. Wilks is the biggest question mark on Glenn’s staff.
