FAYETTEVILLE – On a day when the Arkansas baseball program left for the College World Series, it also added its first transfer portal addition for next season. Little Rock right handed pitcher and Rogers native Jackson Wells (5-11, 200) announced via his social media Wednesday his commitment to be a Razorback next season.

FAYETTEVILLE – After a 5-0 spree so far in the NCAA Baseball Tournament, Arkansas is headed back to the College World Series in Omaha for the 12th time in program history. The Razorbacks routed defending national champion Tennessee 11-4 on Sunday to complete a two-game Super Regional sweep of the Volunteers and punch their ticket to the CWS.

Elsewhere in the Super Regionals, Arkansas dispatched defending national champion Tennessee in two games and it's off to Omaha with UCLA, who defeated UTSA in two games. LSU won its opener against West Virginia and will look to close out the series Sunday evening.
