ATLANTA (AP) — TNT Sports will televise 24 of 63 Club World Cup matches on TNT, TBS and truTV under an agreement with the streaming platform DAZN announced Wednesday. DAZN obtained world-wide rights from FIFA in a deal announced in December. TNT Sports is a subsidiary of Warner Bros. Discovery.

TNT Sports will broadcast 24 matches from this summer’s FIFA Club World Cup – including group and knockout stage games, plus the final on July 13 – on its cable networks TNT, TBS and truTV.

The cable channel will show games in the group stage and knockout rounds, including the final, while streaming platform DAZN will carry all 63 games. Philadelphia is one of the host cities.

A few months after securing global rights to FIFA’s re-imagined Club World Cup, sports streaming service DAZN has found a U.S. television partner. The company announced on Wednesday that TNT Sports will be the U.

However it is unclear whether or not those matches will also stream on Warner Bros. Discovery’s Max streaming service. It was a bit of a tumultuous process at times, but the broadcast plan for the newly expanded FIFA Club World Cup is finally starting to fall into place.
