Figma became the second-most richly valued publicly traded software company, after Palantir, following a blockbuster initial public offering. The company’s shares rose more than 250%, pushing its enterprise value at the end of Thursday to $67 billion.

Figma Inc. raised $1.2 billion with an initial public offering on Thursday, with shares trading for $33, which increased its market share to $19.3 billion.

Design-software company Figma Inc. priced its initial public offering at $33 a share, above its $30 to $32 estimated price range, for its trading debut on Thursday. The IPO raised more than $1.2 billion.
