Protests against President Donald Trump's immigration policies took over LA for the fifth day on Thursday. Students were seen holding signs and flags outside the city of LA's finance building in Van Nuys.

The large group, calling for a National Day of Action, could be seen through aerial footage walking in the middle of Spring Street, moving along to block an intersection at Chick Hearn Court and 11th Street all the while waving Mexico flags and carrying protest signs.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) continue to rack up a number of arrests of convicted criminal illegal immigrants, including those convicted of murder, robbery and domestic violence.
