Colorado has captured national attention numerous times for cases in which local men killed their wives.

An Arapahoe County jury has returned a guilty verdict in the trial of James Craig, the Colorado dentist accused of poisoning and killing his wife.

James Craig was convicted of first-degree murder in the 2023 death of his wife, Angela Craig. Prosecutors say he served her protein shakes laced with arsenic and later poisoned her with cyanide at a hospital.
