The indictment charges McIver with "forcibly impeding and interfering with federal law enforcement officers," New Jersey U.S. Attorney Alina Habba said.

McIver in a statement called the grand jury proceedings “a brazen attempt at political intimidation.” She said she’ll be entering a plea of not guilty.
