Everton have approached Manchester City over a deal for Jack Grealish, sources have told ESPN. Discussions between the two clubs are ongoing after Everton made contact with City to propose a season-long loan move. City's preference is to negotiate a permanent deal, but have not ruled out a temporary agreement.

According to Talksport, the only way that Man City are prepared to loan out Grealish is if another club takes on 100% of his wages. While there is no indication that City want a loan fee, his salary along is huge.

Dewsbury-Hall made just two starts for Chelsea in the Premier League last season following his £30 million ($39.8m) move to the club from Leicester City in July 2024. However, he did play a part in Chelsea's Club World Cup success in the United States this summer.

Everton announced earlier today that they have signed midfielder Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall from Chelsea for an undisclosed amount. The transfer fee has been widely reported to be about £25 million, along with add-ons that are expected to be less than £5m.
