Last year, Roman Reigns entered WrestleMania for the fourth time as the champion but left the event without the title. Upon his return, The Original Tribal Chief focused on his family and eventually won the Ula Fala back from Solo Sikoa. However, there are no clear signs on what he might do at WrestleMania 41.

WWE is returning to touring in Europe with a series of house shows and television tapings for both Raw and SmackDown, with Raw airing live on Netflix. The tour begins on March 14th with a SmackDown taping in Barcelona, Spain, followed by live events in Dortmund and Hannover, Germany, on March 15th and 16th.

This confused Reigns, who recently teamed with Punk a couple of months earlier at Survivor Series: WarGames in November 2024. Punk helped Reigns and the OG Bloodline (Jey and Jimmy Uso, Sami Zayn) defeat the new Bloodline (Solo Sikoa, Jacob Fatu, Tama Tonga, and Tonga Loa), who were joined by Bronson Reed as their fifth member.
