A shooting at Tuskegee University in Alabama during a homecoming celebration on Sunday resulted in the death of an individual and more injuries, the university said. Footage posted on social media appears to show several gunshots fired and students fleeing from the scene. Several law enforcement agencies are responding to the incident.

One person was killed on the campus of Tuskegee University, after dozens of shots were reported fired after midnight. According to Tuskegee spokeswoman Thonnia Lee, the person who was killed was not associated with the university.
