Dec 8 (Reuters) - At least seven people were injured when Russian drones struck an apartment block in the northeastern Ukrainian city of Okhtyrka in the Sumy region, Governor Oleh Hryhorov said on Monday.

Russian drones targeted the city of Sumy, Ukraine, causing a major power outage after more than 10 strikes in half an hour. This is the second major attack in 24 hours, affecting critical infrastructure and leaving the city without electricity.

A drone attack in Russia's Saratov region has killed at least two people and damaged a residential building. Local authorities reported the incident on Saturday.
