When Arkansans go to the polls on November 5, there will be a lot of choices on the table. Every state Senate and House seat is up for election as well as each of Arkansas’ four U.S. House seats, and the positions of Arkansas treasurer and chief justice of the Arkansas Supreme Court.

In both states, residents must be registered by Monday, Oct. 7, to participate in this year's general election, including choosing the next president and vice president. As the voting period approaches, the Gazette will publish complete information about local polling times and places.
