Jokic returned to the starting lineup Friday night against the Los Angeles Clippers in his first game since suffering a knee injury on Dec. 29.

Nikola Jokic had 31 points and 12 rebounds in his first game in a month, Tim Hardaway Jr. added 22 points and the Denver Nuggets knocked off the Los Angeles Clippers 122-109 on Friday night.

According to the MRI report, the Serbian big man hyperextended his left knee and suffered a bone bruise in the first half of the Nuggets' 147-123 loss to the Heat.
