It’s the peak of hurricane season. So where are the storms?

Statistics from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, better known as NOAA, show there’s been only two hurricane seasons on record with no storms becoming strong enough to reach hurricane status. That happened in 1907 and again in 1914, according to NOAA data.
