CLEVELAND (WJW) — A Winter Weather Advisory was issued by the National Weather Service through 1 p.m. on Tuesday in Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Geauga and Lake counties. The advisory will end at 10 a.m. on Tuesday for Portage, Summit and Trumbull counties.
