Tracker maps show Hurricane Iona, Tropical Storm Keli paths

Two tracker maps from the National Hurricane Center (NHC) and Central Pacific Hurricane Center show how the paths of Hurricane Ione and Tropical Storm Keli are forming. Hurricane Iona formed on Monday after undergoing rapid intensification. Shortly after Iona formed, Tropical Storm Keli also developed.

Storms that form in the Atlantic or the Pacific generally move west, meaning Atlantic storms pose a greater threat to North America.
