INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The Te’Andra Tough Foundation is hosting the Winter Wonderland Christmas Gala on December 14 at the Broadmoor Country Club in Indianapolis to raise awareness for appendix cancer.
August marks Appendiceal Cancer Awareness Month. It's a rare form of gastrointestinal cancer with only 3,000 patients in the U.S. diagnosed annually. Jennifer Kveglis reports.
