Over the past three years, over 288 thousand Ukrainian citizens have arrived in Belarus. This was reported today, January 10, in The State Border Committee of the Republic.
Belarus hosted 4,886 travelers from 38 countries included in the visa-waiver program. Most travelers came from Belarus's neighboring countries: Lithuania, Latvia, and Poland.
It is noted that, since February 24th, 2022, 288,517 citizens of Ukraine have arrived in Belarus: 15,986 directly through the Ukrainian-Belarusian border, 210,978 in transit through Poland, 54,932 through Lithuania, and 6,621 through Latvia.
"A total of 288,517 Ukrainian citizens have arrived in the Republic of Belarus from the Ukrainian territory since February 24, 2022, including 15,986 through the Ukrainian-Belarusian border, 210,978 in transit via Poland, 54,932 via Lithuania, and 6,621 via Latvia," the committee said.
