Uganda Reports Second Death of A Child From Ebola

Hours after billionaire Elon Musk told the president's Cabinet that the U.S. had quickly restored canceled aid to fight Ebola in Uganda, the Trump administration officially ended at least four of five U.
This is the eighth Ebola outbreak in Uganda since the first infection was recorded in 2000. The Sudan Ebola Virus Disease (SUDV) is a highly infectious haemorrhagic fever which is transmitted through contact with infected bodily fluids and tissues.
Ugandan officials appear to have largely contained an outbreak of Ebola virus but did so without the same level of support they have previously received from the U.S. government.
Uganda has discharged eight people after they recovered from Ebola although at least 265 contacts remain under quarantine, its health minister said.
The World Health Organization says the 4-year-old passed away this week at Mulago Hospital in the capital, Kampala.
