The Lawgiver is an engaging comedy/love story about present-day Hollywood and the making of a movie about Moses which entangles an ancient novelist named Herman Wouk.

Lawgiver The Kingson, whose real name is Oneil Phoenix, emerged on the scene in the mid-90s. In 1997, Bounty Killer produced his first hit titled Bad Smell.

Clearly, "The Lawgiver" has unleashed Wouk's inner metafictionalist as well as a parodist of considerable virtue, which is to say viciousness, as he chronicles the battle to get this film on track.
