Missouri House Special Committee on Urban Issues unanimously voted to advance HB 957, which aims to honor fallen St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department officer, David Lee.

The remains found more than a decade ago were identified as Carol Hemphill, a 40-year-old mother from St. Louis. Police think it could be related to a serial killer.
