A Kentwood Comfort Inn that sold for $3.5 million a decade ago is heading to auction next month with a starting bid of $1.35 million.
Plans call for a new $32 million, 140-room upscale Marriott adjacent to and just east of the Hampton Inn, 130 E. Front St., near the Blasco Library.
