The City of Palm Bay has earned the top spot as the Best City in America for First-Time Home Buyers in a 2025 study by WalletHub.com.

Florida’s Space Coast—home to rocket launches, pristine beaches, and fast-growing cities like Melbourne, Cocoa, and Palm Bay.

The project, known as Lotis Palm Bay, will be a 353-acre mixed-use development near Micco Road just east of Interstate 95.

On May 10, 2024, the same Palm Bay facility at 1105 Clearmont St NE had an overflow of about 790,000 gallons of raw sewage, according to the Florida Department of Environmental Protection.
