A winter storm warning has been issued for New York, New Jersey and Connecticut as the entire region could get blanketed in snow.

The latest forecasts maintain that New York City will see plowable snowfall with Sunday’s winter storm. The quick-moving system will arrive early Sunday afternoon and initially bring rain to the five boroughs,
