VSE Corporation (NASDAQ: VSEC; "VSE", or the "Company"), a leading provider of aviation aftermarket distribution and repair services, announced today results for the fourth quarter and full year 2025.
VSE reported $301 million in Q4 2025 revenue and $1.1 billion for the full year, representing growth of 32% and 41% respectively. Adjusted EBITDA was $52 million for Q4 and $183 million for the year.
