As firefighters continued to get the Rosa Fire under control Thursday along Highway 74, Cal Fire lifted an evacuation warning for most of the lightly populated area of Pinyon Crest known as RVC-1916.

A stretch of Interstate 74 eastbound is closed between Route 52 and the Indiana-Ohio state line. Expect delays.
