It’s officially here, folks – the postseason has arrived for the top-ranked Iowa Hawkeyes. This Friday/Saturday in Indianola, the journey toward a national title (team and individual) begins for 10 women donning Black & Gold singlets.
Think about where Iowa basketball was roughly 11 months ago. It had just been bounced from the Big Ten Tournament by Illinois. The Hawkeyes finished the season 17-16 and were about to miss the Big Dance for the second year in a row.
