A Michigan man accused of kidnapping his daughter in Millcreek Township turns himself in and the girl is returned safely to her mother.

Jafar Almaarej, 39, of Dearborn, Michigan was wanted for kidnapping, interfering with child custody and making terroristic threats. Investigators on Sunday said they were looking for a black, four-door Jeep Wrangler that they believe he was driving. The child, which we're told is the suspect's biological daughter, is safe, according to police.
