Including the prologue, the main narrative of Mafia: The Old Country is broken up across fifteen chapters, each of which is between thirty and sixty minutes in length. After completing them, players will be able to replay chapters via the main menu, with a free roam option also available once they're done with the prologue.

Mafia: The Old Country's weapons aren't very accurate at long range, and you have to aim for a few seconds in order for your reticle to reach maximum accuracy. Don't just spam shots. Wait for an opening and carefully line things up.
