Canada is again staring down the barrel of massive U.S. tariffs on Canadian goods. With only days to go until U.S. President Donald Trump kicks off a trade war, Internal Trade Minister Anita Anand says Canada will need to wait and see what happens.

The president also said he would impose an additional 10 percent tariff on China as he tries to force other countries to take more action on drug shipments.

In his third new tariff probe in a week, Trump signed a memo ordering Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick to initiate a national security investigation into U.S. lumber imports under Section 232 of the Trade Expansion Act of 1962.
