Harry, who served in the British Army for 10 years, hosted the first Invictus Games in London in 2014. The Games have since taken place in Orlando, Toronto, Sydney, Dusseldorf and The Hague.

The 2029 Games could also feature the first-ever Invictus event in Asia, with the submission of Daejeon, Republic of Korea, which is home to the country's National Cemetery and a Veterans’ Hospital.

However, it’s unclear if the king will be able to attend the event as the 2027 Invictus Games are scheduled to kick off on July 10 that year and wrap on Queen Camilla’s 80th birthday, July 17.
