Prince William is a well-known Aston Villa FC supporter and has opened up about passing his interests down to his three children Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis. The Prince of Wales has even revealed his three royal children have been gifted three special items of clothing.

Prince William is a passionate fan of Aston Villa football club (that’s soccer to us in the U.S.)—and he will go to extreme lengths and lean into superstition if it means helping his team win. Per The Sun, William said that, when it comes to Villa games, “I do have a bit of superstition about where I sit when I’m watching them.”

Prince William has admitted to moving Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis around the house as part of a superstition when watching Aston Villa matches. The Prince of Wales was supported the Birmingham-based football club for decades and often watches their games from home or at Villa Park.
