Disney demolished former water park River Country to make space next to Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground. Construction had barely begun when COVID-19 shut down the project.

Kali River Rapids is located in Asia of Disney’s Animal Kingdom. It’s a fast-moving rapids ride where guests travel through lush vegetation and eventually plummet down a 20-foot slope.
