Russia downed four drones headed for Moscow, mayor says, after Kyiv targeted oil complex
MOSCOW (Reuters) -Russian air defences repelled an attack by four drones flying towards Moscow, Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said on Friday, with no injuries reported in the capital or in an earlier attack on an oil complex in one of Russia's southern regions.

Andrei Vorobyov, the governor of the wider Moscow region, said that three of the drones had been brought down over his region. Debris had fallen on a construction site and a residential building under construction, said Vorobyov, adding that there had been no casualties.
After the incident in the Moscow region, Russians were banned from shooting down drones themselves
The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia has issued instructions according to which civilians "in no case should", in particular, "shoot down drones with improvised objects and other means," as well as use "radio equipment and mobile phones and GPS devices near the drone.
