Police say a 1-year-old girl was found unconscious and unresponsive in a pool Friday afternoon at a day care called Anna’s Butterfly Garden Family Group in the Castle Hill neighborhood of the Bronx.

Investigators say just before he hit multiple swimmers on the lake, the boater was looking backwards at a tube he was pulling.
