Jun 19, 2020 · Unfortunately Wells Fargo is a binding arbitration bank so you will be shit out of luck if they fuck you over. Editorializing: I think there are a lot of advantages to Wells Fargo, depending upon what you need (it's an international bank, it's "big," and convenient, etc.).

Wells Fargo does have a great reputation for this nonsense, with class actions galore. Does this issue qualify as another? I was told by the complaint department that they would not be taking my complaint, as I opted in to whatever BS policy change and whim they decide to implement because I signed the papers to open an account over ten years ago.

Wells Fargo is a criminal, predatory bank. "The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau said Wells Fargo's 'illegal activity' included repeatedly misapplying loan payments, wrongfully foreclosing on homes, illegally repossessing vehicles, incorrectly assessing fees and interest and charging surprise overdraft fees."

Wells Fargo got messed up a few years back because of a bad employee incentive program. Too many remember that and are determined to keep that as the Wells Fargo reputation. I have been banking at Wells Fargo for about 20 years. I recently got a new trust and opened a separate trust account at Wells Fargo.

I hang up, call Wells Fargo who told me they would never call anyone for opening a bank account they would send a letter. Then I go to the Zelle site and it's a different phone number. I call the number from their site and the automated tells me I should contact the bank I Zelle with they are the ones who can help with transactions.

Oct 17, 2021 · Understand that the benefit of mortgage resale is market liquidity which in theory leads to lower costs. Just be prepared that you may end up talking to smaller institutions with higher costs once you filter for this.

Mar 4, 2022 · I’m planning on getting a $90k loan with wells fargo so I could renovate a house that my mother will be giving me since she will be leaving to a different state. It makes sense to me to do the loan than to get a mortgage. I make 55k my wife makes 60 ish a year. My credit score is in the 720’s and my wife’s is bad.

Apr 7, 2018 · Yesterday was supposed to be my statement date for my Wells Fargo credit card. The balance was a $1.10 for a water bottle I'd bought at a grocery store last week (For that sweet 1 cent cash back of course), but I just looked at my statement and an "account adjustment" was made that credited me the $1.10 so I have no payment due.
