A boy has been taken to hospital after suffering serious injuries during disorder following the rugby match between Warrington and Widnes. Cheshire Police has confirmed that it is investigating disorder following the pre-season game at Halliwell Jones Stadium last night, Friday. Unsavoury scenes were witnessed inside the stadium between home and away fans during the game, with disorder breaking out at the south-west corner of the ground.
