Wildfire prevention starts on the ground. Our Structure Brushing program is a critical part of reducing wildfire risk. Crews work year-round to clear a 10-foot radius around transmission towers and distribution poles, removing brush and debris that could ignite during high winds or extreme weather. With nearly 200,000 structures brushed annually across our 50,000-square-mile service area, this work helps protect communities and keep the lights on.
