They consists of rice noodles topped with dissolving fish broth like gravy and fresh green beans, bean sprouts, banana flower, dills,cucumbers and other greens. Such a beautiful colorful dish. 1-2 lbs catfish(cleaned) Boil 10-15 min Peel meat(no bones) Mash in your mortar Ingredients: lemon grass garlic kaffir lime leaf tumeric salt/sugar/msg paho
