Che Thai or Nam Vanh is always a dessert that my family has if we are having a party. It’s easy to put together, refreshing and so delicious. You can put any tropical fruits and jellies that you like, there’s really no rules. Some people like to use sweetened coconut milk or half and half mixed with condensed milk as the sweetener.
