This is the moment a teenager jumped off a cliff ledge and went hurtling into the rock face. The dangerous jump happened at Sunset Cliffs in San Diego on Sunday afternoon, where it’s illegal to jump more than five feet above the sea. Video footage shows the 17-year-old boy sprinting off the top of the cliff and striking the edge before landing in the water. Onlookers gasped in horror when he hit the ledge and at least six people jumped in to the water after to pull him to safety. It appeared to
