Devil’s Crab. Recipe: In a mixing bowl combine 2 pounds lump crab meat, 1/2 a cup diced yellow pepper, 1/2 a cup diced red pepper, 1/2 cup heavy cream, 8 tablespoons melted butter, 6 green onions thinly sliced, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1/4 cup chopped parsley, 1 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon dried mustard, and 1 cup crushed saltine crackers.
