Try this in your next workout! Chest flys to concentrate on your chest and shoulders. Set weight to about 80% of your max. Keep core tight and focus on pulling forward across a plain even with your shoulders with an exhale on flexion. Rest for 1-2 seconds between repetitions and continue until failure (no longer able to complete a full pull across). Try for 3 sets! And always be yourself! Unless you're Batman.
