Come on Ted Cruz. These were not riots and you know it. People have the right to protest and the fact that you said that is silly. Whether or not you agree with how someone else feels does not mean they cannot use their first amendment rights. I personally saw the one in my own town, which was very peaceful and honestly entertaining lol this was nothing like what we saw a few years back when people were rioting looting and burning down buildings.
