My favorite rice is Portuguese rice, of course! 😋 1 cup long grain rice 2 cups boiling water or broth 1/4 small minced onion 1/4 cup olive oil 1/2 tsp paprika or tomato paste 1 tsp salt or more to taste 1 cup peas optional Cook onion in oil. Always brown your rice first, then add boiling water or broth and paprika. Always use 2 parts, water and 1 part rice. Bring to a boil, cover, and reduce to medium.
