The best way to make sweet potatoes. Caramelized sweet potatoes, cut in half, coated with oil, salt, and pepper, then baked face down at 425°F for around 45 minutes until the edges are perfectly crisp. Simple, crispy, caramelized, and honestly the best way to make them. #sweetpotato #sweetpotatorecipes #healthyrecipes #mealideas #highproteinmeals

TOP IT WITH WHAT??? Trust me. It’s fantastic! ROASTED SWEET POTATO BOATS Preheat oven to 400 degrees F Wash and cut sweet potatoes in half, lengthwise. On an aluminum foil covered baking sheet, spread oil of choice, I use coconut. Sprinkle oil with pepper, salt, smoked paprika. Rub more oil on the skin of potato, lightly salt, place potato face side down on oil covered baking sheet. Bake 30 minutes or until fork tender. Top with your favorite topping, but I’m telling you, try the cottage cheese.

THE BEST oven roasted sweet potatoes! 😍🍠 This is my favorite way to cook sweet potatoes, they come out perfectly every single time and they are SO easy. The outside gets super caramelized with crispy edges, and the inside stays soft and tender 🙌 DELICIOUS!! This really isn’t a recipe, more of a method so adjust depending on how many people you are feeding! You need: - Sweet potatoes - Olive oil or olive oil spray - Salt How to: - Preheat your oven to 425F. Line a baking tray with parchment pa
