🏛️ Looking Up toward the Central Tower at York Minster is one of the most breathtaking sights in the cathedral, the central tower tower vault. 🌟 The tower vault rises nearly 60 metres (about 200 feet) above the floor. It is a masterpiece of Gothic architecture, built from pale stone ribs that curve upward into an intricate fan of pointed arches.
