Use this towel drill from @eaglelinksgolf to improve your ball striking .Instead of using the towel a few inches behind the ball like you see drills being done a lot of the time, placing the ball on top of the towel can have the same effect .You have to try and take the ball off the towel without moving the towel or as little as possible which is why it is best placed at the front .So as you come down if you strike the ball first then you can actually avoid the towel completely .I’m not sure why
