The giant undefeated Vietnamese Pho Challenge hosted by PB PHO & GRILL in the Pacific Beach area of San Diego, California!! This happened back in 2017 and I had 1 hour to feast on 1.5lbs of pho rice #noodles, 1.5lbs of tender beef #brisket, and some healthy #Vietnamese vegetables in a huge bowl filled with #pho broth.
